WARRANTY: GLOBELT TIMING KIT SET

A. PREAMBLE & ELIGIBILITY

Subject to the conditions, exclusions, and limitations set forth below, BELTCOM Auto Parts Sdn Bhd (“GLOBELT”) hereby grants this Limited Warranty to the original end-user purchaser (“the Customer”) for the specified brand models of timing belts, oil seals, and bearing modules (“the Goods”) contained within the complete timing kit set.

B. WARRANTY ACTIVATION PROTOCOL

To activate the GLOBELT assurance, purchasers must complete the mandatory digital registration. This is performed by scanning the unique QR code provided on the product packaging. Registration is compulsory to validate coverage. Failure to submit accurate vehicle and mileage data at the time of installation will result in immediate repudiation of future claims.

1. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

This warranty applies exclusively to the Complete 100,000KM GLOBELT Timing Kit Set. Coverage is only applicable to full kits; individual components purchased or installed separately are not eligible for this technical protection program.

Duration: Two (2) years from the date of purchase or 100,000 Kilometres of usage, whichever occurs first.

2. COMMENCEMENT OF COVERAGE

Coverage effectively commences upon the verified date of purchase and successful digital logging of technical details (Vehicle Model, Registration Number, and Current Mileage) into the GLOBELT Neural Hub. Terms and Conditions apply.

3. SCOPE OF REMEDY & REPAIR (FAULTY PARTS ONLY)

This limited warranty is strictly entitled to claims for Mechanical Failures directly resulting from manufacturing defects in the Goods. GLOBELT’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the faulty parts only. Following a technical evaluation by a trained GLOBELT inspector, the company will provide the necessary replacement components to restore vehicle functionality. This warranty does not provide monetary rewards, cash compensation, or reimbursement for third-party labor and towing charges. Once the faulty part is replaced or repaired, GLOBELT’s obligations are fulfilled.

4. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

4.1 Workmanship: Damages resulting from accidental, intentional, or negligent handling by mechanics are excluded. Sub-standard installation is the sole responsibility of the workshop.

4.2 Alterations: Products that have been modified, partially used, or separated from the original kit configuration are not covered.

4.3 Pre-existing Conditions: Issues occurring prior to the effective warranty date or failure to notify management within the stipulated window will void the claim.

5. TRANSFERABILITY

This limited warranty is extended only to the original end-user and is non-transferable to subsequent vehicle owners.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

GLOBELT shall not be liable for non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including environmental disasters, changes in Malaysian public policy (SST/JPJ), or unavailability of materials.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This document constitutes the entire agreement and shall be interpreted according to the laws of Malaysia. Terms and Conditions apply.
